1. Each participant must be a Sabah citizen. (either Mother or Father is a Sabah native.
2. Sabahan female ( not married ) and has pleasant personality.
3. Age between 18 and 35 years old.
4. Open to all ethnics in Sabah
5. Miss Sabah has 3 categories:
a) Kadazan, Dusun
b) Murut, Lundayeh
c) Rungus
6. Knowledge of each race( (Costume,Arts & Culture)represented is a must for every participating Miss Sabah Ethnic and any height can take part.
7. All participants are allowed to bring only one manager or personal assistant during the Semi final and Grand final in Kota Kinabalu on 14-15 September 2019
8. The organizer has the right to publish all photo submitted in FACEBOOK/WEBSITE for public viewing
9. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items or belongings to participants throughout the whole duration of the event.
10. The organizer requires every participant to be responsible for their own health, safety and environment (HSE) throughout the competition.
11. All cost pertaining to the participation of this event in Kota Kinabalu, including transportation, logistics, accommodation, meals, personal assistance, costumes owned or rental and make up shall be borne by the participants themselves.
12. Traditional costume will not be provided by the organizer.
13. Registration fee RM50 (with BHF T-Shirt) apply.
14. Candidates must be able to attend the pageant week, Semi Final and Grand Final on 14-15 September 2019 in Kota Kinabalu.
15. The organizer reserves the right to amend to the Terms & Condition if necessary.
